When is the training?
I'm running two schedule options for this intake; each involving five days of training. The first is a weekday option, with training occurring every Monday in October (October 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31). The second option is a weekend schedule, with training occurring on five Saturdays over August, September & October (August 6 & 20, September 3 & October 8 & 22).
You can easily select your preferred schedule when you enrol -
For the weekday schedule, select the 'Mondays in October' option, with either the payment plan ($1800 total) or the full payment option ($1700 total).
For the weekend schedule, select the 'Saturdays from August to October' option, with either the payment plan ($1800 total) or the full payment option ($1700 total).

What times of the day is the training?
Each day will be from 9am to 5pm AEST (or AEDT after daylight savings begins on October 2). The daily schedule will look like this -
9:00am - 10:30am Session 1
10:30am - 11:00am Morning Break
11:00am - 12:30pm Session 2
12:30pm - 1:30pm Lunch Break
1:30pm - 3:00pm Session 3
3:00pm - 3:30pm Afternoon Break
3:30pm - 5:00pm Session 4
Because I know you're busy with other things in your life, I've scheduled plenty of break time to rest, eat, make phone calls, attend to kids etc. Each training day will include six hours of contact time, for a total of 30 course hours.

Where is the training?
All training will be online via Zoom. Links will be provided for each day of the training. All links will be sent to you after you enrol. You may attend on a computer or mobile device, but you must ensure your hardware and internet connection is suitable. I can't trouble shoot your tech if there's a problem unfortunately!

What payment methods can I use?
I'm currently taking credit card and PayPal payments online. If you would like to pay a different way, please email me at email@example.com and I will be pleased to work out a payment method that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Enrolments may be transferred to another person if you are unable to make the entire training schedule after you enrol. Refunds will not be provided in this instance. If you miss one day, you may attend that same day in a future training at no additional cost. Partial refunds for missed days will not be provided. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please make contact with me as soon as possible to discuss other potential arrangements.
Do you have a guarantee?
If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with the training, please let me know as soon as possible so I can respond and remedy the situation - I want you to be happy with what I offer, and to learn as much as you can in our time together!
If, after discussing your concerns with me and my attempts to improve you are still unsatisfied, I will provide a partial refund for the training days you didn't complete if you email me your workbook (completed for the training days you attended) no longer than ten (10) days after the completion of the last training day you attended.
